Team Manager Training II

We look forward to seeing you at Team Manager Training II!

Please fill out the information below for each person attending to pre-register for this training. A maximum of two managers from each team may attend this training. If more than two people per team attend, you will be required to pay a $25 per person registration fee at the door for each extra attendee. If you are registering multiple attendees, please enter all attendees before completing registration process. You will have the option to register additional attendees on the next page.

The team must be registered with MADI in order to attend this training session
