Hi! It's that time again! To register your teams, simply follow the steps below. Here's a few important hints to remember:

  1. Early registration (on or before 1/10/09) is $60.00 per team. This includes Rising Star and Project Outreach teams too.
  2. No registrations will be accepted after January 10, 2009.
  3. Your team's appraiser must be registered on or before January 10, 2009 or your team receives a $100.00 fee.
  4. All fees are due by the February Tournament meeting or your team can not participate.
  5. The Project Outreach Challenge will ONLY be presented at the State Tournament at WPI on April 11th and is for middle and secondary level teams, only. No appraiser submission is required for this challenge.

Now -To Get Started you will need the following information:

Double check your info for accuracy. Once registered, your chosen challenge can't be changed.
  1. Team Number from DI Inc. (Hidden Rising Star teams won't have one)
  2. Town the team is from
  3. Tournament the team goes to (your region)
  4. Challenge the team is competing in (BE SURE!)
  5. If the team is registering as competitive or non-competitve
  6. Team Manager name and contact information. (Phone number, Friday night contact number and email address are required)
  7. Team member names (any added after today must be sent directly to your RD)
  8. Team member ages (as of 6/15/09) OR current grade levels (Entire team must be registered using one or the other)
  9. Number of graduating seniors on the team, if any
  10. Team members (and/or parents) disabilities or conflicts
  11. If you have an appraiser today, their name and email.. (Your appraiser can register after today if you do not know this now)
  12. Payment information: credit card, check number or purchase order number. (Your team will not be scheduled until payment is received by Feb.)
When you have completed your form - A CONFIRMATION SCREEN will display. Be sure to check to see that:
  • your team is registered in the correct age/grade level
  • your team is registered in the correct challenge
  • your team is registered for the correct tournament
Then SUBMIT your Registration Form……..you are close to being done except for payment. Continue through all the steps.

When you are ALL done - you will receive a confirmation email. Check your confirmation to be sure all your info is correct. Please contact your Regional Director with any problems or questions.
